| MOB Wheels Limited Warranty MOB Custom Wheels warrants to the original retail or first consumer purchaser that its wheel will be free from structural failure, under normal and intended use, as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. The period or warranty for the chrome plated and painted finishes is one year from date of purchase and covers only peeling and separation of the chrome or paint from the wheel. Chrome pitting is not covered under this warranty. MOB Custom Wheels obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or, at MOB Custom Wheels option, replacement without charge except for transportation, or any wheel in which MOB Custom Wheels opinion is defective in material and workmanship. Wheels will be determined as such when received (freight pre-paid) by MOB Custom Wheels. Such repair or replacement shall not include installation. This warranty shall not apply to: 1. Any defect, malfunction or failure caused by damage to wheels in transit, off-highway use, or by abuse, misuse, accident or negligence. 2. Wheels that have been altered or repaired. 3. Wheel that have not been installed in accordance with MOB Custom Wheel�s instructions or installed on incorrect tire sizes or used with excessive vehicle loads. 4. Wheels that have been installed with other than MOB Custom Wheels approved accessories. 5. Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to car wash damage, chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions or neglect. 6. Appearance defects in wheels that have been mounted after purchase or have been sold as a blemished product. 7. Any wheel that was altered in any way which includes but is not limited to bolt pattern drilling and center bore modification. 8. Damage occurred during tire mounting. 9. The wheel was sold as a �blemished� product. The MOB Custom Wheel Warranty is valid only on wheels purchased in the United States and when the wheel is returned to the authorized dealer from whom it was purchased, freight prepaid together with proof of purchase. There is no warranty that the wheel shall be merchantable or satisfactory for any purpose such as is recommended in MOB Custom Wheel�s application guides: nor is there any other expressed or implied except as is set forth herein. THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GIVEN WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND ALL OTHER EXPRESSED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF IMPLIED MERCHANTABILITY. NEITHER PDK/MOB NOR AN AUTHORIZED PDK/MOB PRODUCT DEALER WHO SELLS THE PRODUCTS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITAITIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND/OR DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. closely as possible to your vehicle's stock tire height. If your vehicle has
been lowered or altered in any way, please notify us when ordering. The
packages are priced out with the our house tires unless you choose your own
brand from our tire selector. Our House tires are purchased in volume so
they are a better value due to the volume purchases. This does NOT mean they
are a cheaper tire as our purchasing agents only purchase quality tires for
our valued customers. Wherever applicable a price adjustment could be made
for a different tire size than what the package calls for. If you are
looking for a specific tire not listed, just call us on our toll-free line
and ask us. We are here to serve you. All car packages are (unless
specified) mounted with a directional, high-performance tire. We use
state-of-the-art Hunter mounting and balancing equipment. Our trained staff
can mount and balance your package using chrome valve stems and hidden
stick-on weights so your new wheel purchase will be first-class. We also
provide all the necessary mounting hardware to install your new wheels onto
your vehicle.
