| Thank you for you purchase of OMEGA LUXURY WHEELS. The following are the conditions and terms in which ATLANTIC WHOLESALERS INC. conducts their warranty policy. Original receipt with printed date is required. ATLANTIC WHOLESALERS INC. reserves the right to change any policy without notice. OMEGA LUXURY WHEELS comes with a limited lifetime warranty for as long as the original purchaser owns the wheels and the wheels are fitted correctly onto the vehicle with reference to correct load rating on both wheel and tire and proper installation without mounting equipment designed for aluminum wheels. Check fender, suspension and break clearance PRIOR to mounting tires on wheels. Wheels that have been mounted with tires will not be accepted for return. Car wash abuse will void warranty. Please hand wash only. Wheels that are used for off road and racing applications void the warranty. Purchaser assumes full responsibility and liability for any and all damages from road hazards, accidents (physical or chemical), to the wheels, vehicle and passengers. Correct lug nuts or bolts, studs, valve stems, balancing weights and torque specs are the responsibility of the installer. ATLANTIC WHOLESALERS INC. cannot be held liable. ATLANTIC WHOLESALERS INC. will refinish or replace wheels with in one year of purchase in case of peeling, cracking or other cosmetic defects as long as proper maintenance, which includes proper wheels cleaners , or detergents that do not in any way harm the chrome or clear coating of the OMEGA LUXURY WHEELS. Corrosion is not covered under the warranty. No refunds or credits will be issued on warranty wheels. The wheel will only be replaced Customer is responsible for the freight on all return merchandise from and to the original place of purchase. Items will only be accepted with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number issued by ATLANTIC WHOLESALERS INC. All merchandise received is subject to inspection prior to our final decision. - Unused merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase - Installation of aftermarket wheels may require some modifications to the vehicle - Re-torque lugs after 500 miles All wheels are JWL and VIA approved. |

closely as possible to your vehicle's stock tire heigth. If your vehicle has
been lowered or altered in any way, please notify us when ordering. The
packages are priced out with the our house tires unless you choose your own
brand from our tire selector. Our House tires are purchased in volume so
they are a better value due to the volume purchases. This does NOT mean they
are a cheaper tire as our Purchasing agents only purchase quality tires for
our valued customers. Wherever applicable a price adjustment could be made
for a different tire size than what the package calls for. If you are
looking for a specific tire not listed, just call us on our toll-free line
and ask us. We are here to serve you. All car packages are (unless
specified) mounted with a directional, high-performance tire. We use
state-of-the-art Hunter mounting and balancing equipment. Our trained staff
can mount and balance your package using chrome valvestems and hidden
stick-on weights so your new wheel purchase will be first-class. We also
provide all the necessary mounting hardware to install your new wheels onto
your vehicle.
